Transportation between Airport and Hotel:

(1) We will provide airport pick-up service for current council members, council member candidates, speakers and moderators. Please send your round-trip plane tickets information to us before Nov. 12 through email after reserving the trip. The form is attached below.

(2) If other scholars will arrive or leave Beijing at the same time with former participants, we will also provide pick-up service. Please send ticket information to us before Nov. 12.

(3) All scholars can travel by yourselves. Here are the recommended transportation ways.
